Our Director, Raquel Arañón, had the honor of participating in the Medellín Design Fair, powered by IMM Cologne, where she was part of the three-day keynote lectures that captivated the audience with the voices of prominent international speakers. In her intervention, Raquel explored an innovative topic: the new role of the artisan in the era of artificial intelligence. And as a special surprise, a silletero -a symbolof the Colombian artisan tradition-began to make part of his silleta live, on stage, while she spoke, generating a powerful bond with the audience and highlighting the value of human creativity and the new tools of AI.
Mallorca Design Day, presented the Mallorca de Design festival, and promoted the value of craftsmanship at the present time, as well as shared academic spaces such as EAFIT University and the Chamber of Commerce of Medellin, invited by Somos Açai. During this cultural exchange, design was the protagonist, building synergies between different countries and expanding creative frontiers.
